Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu and Self Defence

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a popular form of martial arts. The name derives from the Japanese words “Jū,” which means “gentle,” and “Jutsu,” which means “art.” Literally, Jiu-Jitsu translates to “gentle art.”  Our school brings to Manawatu Region the roots of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu emphasizing the importance of learn the complete system, self-defense, sport & philosophy.
